I really can't fault the lads here at Autohub, they can't do enough to help you and the buying experience was honest and transparent, they replaced water pump and timing belt and 4 tyres and full service at no additional cost before picking the car up, it's refreshing to have a good experience having had a poor one in the past with another dealer, 100% recommend buying a car from here, 10/10

Popped in to this garage to view a car I'd seen online. Was offered the keys and a test drive immediately, after deciding the car wasn't for me, I received some sound advice of what to look when buying my next car and I came away.

After a rethink on my requirements I went back to look at another car again was offered an immediate test drive. I liked the car but picked up a few issues on body work and these were sorted as part of the prep as well as full service and MOT.

On picking the car up I noticed an issue that only was noticeable when driving at speed, spoke to the garage and it was attended to without an issue.

Car is back with me now, very happy with the service all round.

First Class Service - cannot fault you!
Having read a review further down (from a disgruntled customer) it almost put me off viewing the vehicle I liked the look of. As a single parent, with not much of a support network I have to be certain that if problems arise I feel comfortable with whoever I'm dealing with. The finance broker did some checks and they confirmed they'd not had a single issue with the dealer for any deals they'd set up since 2021 and that they truly thought that the bad experience must be a one-off. I decided to put my concerns to one side and pop down with my daughter to view a couple of cars. We were greeted by Paul, who immediately put me at ease. We had a chat about a couple of cars and he said I was welcome to test drive any I liked. I explained to him that I was almost put off by the bad review that was left and he looked genuinely gutted by this. There were no bad words against the person who wrote the review only a sense of disappointment that they've worked so hard to build a reputable business for one bad review to taint that. We quickly moved on and after test driving a couple of cars (which they let you do on your own which is amazing) I decided on the Mitsubishi Outlander. I was introduced to Phil to complete the paperwork. Friendly and funny, but professional, we chatted while we completed everything and a deposit was taken to secure the car as mine. Best cup of coffee I've had in a while, made by Paul, while we settled everything in the office. Sadly, the finance company decided last minute, after approving the finance, to withdraw. I was absolutely gutted.I rang Phil and he promptly offered to return my deposit. We chatted about how disappointing it was all round to not be able to complete the sale.I did say that once my house purchase completes, I will have no hesitation contacting them with a budget to source my next car.I have complete faith in them both. I'm so pleased I decided to go in person and decide for myself rather than allowing someone else's opinion rub off on me.Keep up the fantastic work you're all doing. It'll be around 6 months, but I'll be back as a cash buyer next time.Thanks again for everything.Terri & Hannah x

Following a really bad experience of buying a faulty car elsewhere, this garage was the complete opposite. No stress, no pressure to buy when viewing, the car was serviced and MOT'd ready for collection and all done within 4 days. A few weeks later I noticed the speakers were not working as they should be, this was sorted out for me, as it was within the warranty period. I love my new car and would highly recommend this garage to others. Nice guys and great cars.

Really impressed with this garage. A few weeks ago, I turned up unannounced and with little time available to look at a Fiesta ST they had in stock. I've been looking for one specifically and this garage came up on Autotrader. Despite being a lone female car buyer I was treated well by Paul as he answered my many questions about the spec and history of the car. I left very nearly putting a deposit down on the Fiesta but felt I needed to see some other similar cars and test drive one. We were heading away for a few days but I kept in contact with Paul during this time as I wanted to be told if there was any interest in the car. Three days later after visiting another car of the same spec I felt the car at Auto Hub North East fit my requirements best and was the right price for me. I took my husband along this time and there was no hesitation in letting us test drive the car and have a thorough look around. There were a few bits of paintwork which needed attention plus the alloys were a little scuffed and the brake callipers needed a touch up. This was all usual damage for a car 6 years old which the garage offered to sort out for me. This was excellent service. We were made to feel welcome with a cup of coffee as we sorted out the paperwork and I was thoroughly overjoyed to see the car a week later on collection. Scuffs, alloys and callipers all touched up and even some fuel in the tank for the drive home. Thanks so much to Paul and James for the excellent service. I'm looking to keep this car for a long time but I'll definitely look you up when I'm in the market for another one and recommend you to friends!

Car developed a fault, Phil came to my house to look over the car and it was in the garage the next day being repaired. Car came back and was running perfect. A little while later car developed another problem with the DPF. Again, Phil was straight on the case. Vehicle In the garage and repaired. We haven't had any problems since.
